"You have delivered everything you promised me"

.... it would be improper of me not to send you a note of
profound thanks for the last two weeks.

You are with doubt the most able, committed, professional Captain that I
have ever worked with,  but there is also a touch of genius about you that
although I cant quite define makes you a wonder to behold and observe.

You run our boat intuitively, calmly, brilliantly and most importantly from
the heart.  The slavish devotion of your crew is a testament to your skill
and leadership of course, but also to your deep sense of humanity........
I also know that we share a belief in what the crew  deserve, which is to be
treated generously, fairly and with compassion ............. you deserve to know that you
have delivered everything you promised me (and more) and that puts you in a
very small group of people who will always have my unwavering support,...............
