Thank you very much for your email . I also wanted to thank you for the lunch on Thursday.
It was really nice and could have been a gastronomic meal. It was refined, healthy and most of all really tasty.
The presentation was also really good, the first impression with the eyes is as important as the taste.
I particularly enjoyed the gaspacho and the trio of dessert was a pure treat!
Also compliments to your stewardesses for the service.

First of all I would like to thank you, the Owner and crew for such a splendid lunch onboard ELISABETH F during the Genoa Show. I had last seen the yacht in St Maarten a number of years ago and she looked better than ever now.
The lunch was excellent and a great range of flavours – I particularly enjoyed the tian of red snapper. The service was as I would have expected for a yacht of this calibre. My only other comment if anything was that I felt there was a little too much food for lunch.
Many thanks again and I look forward to continuing to offer the yacht for charter.
